The Mountaineer Leadership Collective (M.L.C.) are full-time student-athletes who are selected and appointed through an application process. The sole purpose of MALC is to advocate for the student population in order to enhance the greater Mountaineer experience at Mohawk College and in the community. M.L.C. will serve from May 1st to April 15th. 
M.L.C. will be empowered to advocate on behalf of all full-time students focused on the following areas:
- Mountaineer Student-Athlete Experience
- Mountaineer Recreation Programming
- Mountaineer in the Community Initiatives
