2025-26: Made his season debut in the second half of the year... appearing in 9 games and starting 5. Scored 45 points on 36.4 per cent shooting. He had 18 rebounds, 17 assists and 7 steals. Scored 8 points in 10 minutes of action versus St. Clair. Had a season-high 5 assists in a 104-80 win versus Canadore. 

2024-25: Missed the season due to injury.

2023-24: Started in all 18 games... ranked fourth on the team in points per game with 11.3, tied for first at 3.1 assists, and was tied for second with 1.4 steals. Scored a career-best 204 points with 21 threes, and had 47 rebounds, 56 assists and 26 steals. He had eight games, including playoffs, with 15 or more points - scoring a career-best 27 points in a playoff game versus George Brown. Grabbed 7 rebounds in back-to-back playoff games. Set a career-high with 9 assists versus St. Clair. Earned Mountaineers Athlete of the Week honours for Jan. 29 - Feb. 4 after scoring 14 points with six rebounds, four assists and five steals versus Conestoga. He also earned Athlete of the Week honours following his performance versus George Brown.

2022-23: Played in 14 games and started 13 of them. Was fifth on the team in scoring at 11.2 points per game and third at 3.1 assists. Finished the season with 44 rebounds and 19 steals. Scored 20-plus points in back-to-back road games versus Lambton and St. Clair and reached double digit scoring in 9 contests. Had a season-high 4 steals versus Redeemer. Was named Mountaineers Athlete of the Week for Oct. 3-9 after two strong exhibition performances versus NCAA Division III opponents, including scoring 25 points on nine-of-15 shooting with four threes verus the Hilbert Hawks

2021-22: Appeared in 8 games in his first season... averaging 8.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals. Scored a season-best 11 points in his first career home game for Mohawk.

Cale is one of three Calura brothers to play for the Mountaineers men's basketball program. He played his first two seasons with older brother Rommel and the 2025-26 season with younger brother Raef.
