Rachel Guanzon joins the Mohawk Mountaineers women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant in the 2023-24 season.

Guanzon played for the Mountaineers from 2019-2023, appearing in three seasons. In her Mohawk career, Guanzon played in 44 games, averaging 8.5 points. She graduated from the Civil Engineering Technology program at Mohawk.
