Mountaineers lose one-goal game to No. 4 Hawks

Mohawk shutout for first time this season

Box Score (ETOBICOKE) – Mohawk Mountaineers women's soccer could not solve the No. 4 nationally ranked Humber Hawks, losing 1-0.

The Mountaineers are now 2-1 on the season.

Humber would score their lone goal in the first half and held on the rest of the way, keeping Mohawk scoreless.

The next three matches for the Mountaineers will be played at home, beginning Sept. 22 versus the Lambton Lions at St. John Henry Newman Catholic Secondary School. Kick-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
