HAMILTON, Ont. – For the third consecutive season, Turner Neame (Hamilton, Ont.) of the Mohawk Mountaineers men's volleyball team has been named an OCAA West Division All-Star, marking his second appearance on the first team. In addition, Brecken Morrison (Stouffville, Ont.) has earned a spot on the OCAA West Division All-Rookie Team.
Neame continues to establish himself as one of the top liberos in the OCAA during his four-season career at Mohawk. In 2024-25, he led the West Division with 177 digs and 3.16 digs per set across 18 matches. Neame also set a new Mountaineers career record for total digs, now standing at 583.
Morrison made an immediate impact as one of the top rookie outside hitters for the Mountaineers. Over 16 matches, he recorded 136 kills, 18 service aces, 68 digs, and 13 blocks.
The Mountaineers finished the season with an 8-10 record and will compete in the OCAA quarter-final on February 16 in Sudbury, Ont., against the Cambrian Shield.
