Mohawk Mountaineers men's volleyball won their second consecutive match on Saturday following a 3-1 (25-23, 21-25, 25-21, 25-22) victory over the Sheridan Bruins.

With the win the Mountaineers improve to 2-1 on the season.

Anthony Beijes (Hamilton, ON) led Mohawk with 10 kills, while Peter Pilling (St. Catharines, ON) assisted on 16 plays.

Turner Neame (Hamilton, ON) showed up defensively for the Mountaineers with a game-high 18 digs.

Mohawk will next host their home opener on Nov. 5 versus the Redeemer Royals at 8 p.m.
