Jennifer Knowles stands among the most decorated players in Mohawk women’s volleyball history, showcasing elite skill, academic excellence and leadership throughout her standout career. In just two seasons from 2009 to 2011, Knowles earned national recognition as a 2009-10 CCAA All-Canadian and was twice named a CCAA Academic All-Canadian, demonstrating her commitment on and off the court.

She dominated the OCAA, becoming the 2009-10 OCAA scoring champion and earning consecutive OCAA First Team All-Star honours in 2009-10 and 2010-11. At the 2010-11 OCAA championship, she was named a championship all-star, further solidifying her status among the province’s elite. Her impact earned her the 2009-10 Mohawk Female Athlete of the Year award and the prestigious Dr. Sam Mitminger Award in 2010-11.

During her tenure, Knowles set the top two single-season scoring totals in program history, and finished second all-time in both career kills and points at Mohawk. She later made a triumphant return in 2018-19 to help guide the next generation. Her legacy is defined by precision, power and perseverance.
