Rolad Brack dominated OCAA men's cross country running for three straight years. He outclassed the competition winning OCAA men's individual gold medals in 1979, 1980 and 1981. He became the first individual in OCAA history to capture three consecutive gold medals. Roland was also honoured as the Outstanding Male Freshman Athlete in 1979. A graduate o fhte Mechnical Drafting program in 1981, Roland achieved international success as well capturing an I.A.A.F bronze medal in Germany in 1977.
