Mary-Ann Hallewell flew down OCAA ski courses from 1974-1976 in dominating fashion. After achieving five silver medal finishes on the OCAA circuit in 1975, which culminated in her selection as Mountaineer team MVP and Outstanding Female Freshman Athlete of the Year. In her record breaking 1976 season, Hallewell won all three individual OCAA gold medals disciplines in women's skiing and led the Ontario team to a third place finish at the Ontario-Quebec championships. Mary-Ann was awarded team MVP and Mountaineer Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year in her final season.
